  Skate Canada is the governing body for the sport of figure skating in Canada. Golden Edge Skating Academy is exceptionaly proud to be a sanctioned Skate Canada club offering the best skating programs in the nation. When you register with GESA you become a member of Skate Canada and are issued a membership number. The Skate Canada membership fee (paid annually with a membership year of Sept 1- Aug 31) is submitted directly to the Skate Canada national office in Ottawa. The membership fee allows accident insurance at a substantially lower cost, access to high quality internationally recognized learn-to-skate, powerskate and figure skating programs, coaching by qualified NCCP certified professional coaches and access to program materials/merchandise.

  Annual Golden Edge Membership fee is for all StarSkate and Competitive Skaters. This Includes all Adults who skate Starskate/Competitive.
